The service

HumbleAlerts is an independent, unofficial tracker. It lists public Humble Bundle Games, Books, and Software offerings and can email or ping you when a new bundle appears. We do not sell bundles, take payment, or fulfil purchases. Buying a bundle happens on Humble’s site, under Humble’s terms.

No affiliation

HumbleAlerts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Humble Bundle, Inc. Bundle names, logos, artwork, and other materials belong to their owners. We only read public pages and always link back to Humble.

Using the site

You may browse the tracker for personal, non-commercial use. Do not misuse the site, try to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or use it to send spam. Alerts are offered as-is: listings can be late, incomplete, or wrong, and a bundle may end or change before you see it.

Email and push alerts

If you subscribe, you agree we may email you a confirmation and, after you confirm, bundle alerts for the categories you chose. You can unsubscribe at any time. Browser push is optional and uses your browser’s permission prompt. We may stop alerts if an address bounces or a push endpoint fails.

Intellectual property

The HumbleAlerts name, layout, and original writing on this site belong to the operator of HumbleAlerts. Third-party names and artwork remain with their owners. Nothing here grants you a licence to those materials beyond viewing the site.

No warranty

The site and alerts are provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for Humble’s availability, pricing, or whether a bundle is still on offer. We are not liable for lost deals, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or alerts.

Changes

We may change the site, these terms, or stop the service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top will change when we update them.

Governing law

Replace this paragraph in the backoffice with the law and courts that should apply to the operator of this site.
